I’ve got time, or have I?

Time is that which measures the cadence of finite life, as we know it; Eternal life, however, liberates one from the confines of time and elevates us into the realm of The Great I am!

Motion through space, affects the passage of time, Time itself moves slower for the person who is moving…

So may we say in essence, that, in stillness, we can actually perceive, a greater slice of Eternity, in His presence…

  ◄ Psalm 46:10 ►
He says, "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."

Time may be defined as the unfolding of moment after moment, after moment, after moment… like still frames in a movie reel…

The passage of time could be described as movement relative to space through a complex sequence of slices of moments that already ARE…

So what a person gets born into, as Jesus describes it, is a Kingdom where there is a fusion of past, present and future, and therefore a realm where everything that we think that ‘was’, and ‘is to come’, is (from His vantage point) all in one realm and is accessible only through Him – The One who lives in eternity, and to whom time is of no consequence, except in the marking our steps either towards or away from HIM…

◄ Hebrews12:28 ►
Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe.

The will of the Lord expressed through His Word is responsible for the direction of time, forward or backward… Only He can restore to what ‘was’, while it is, so that it can be…

◄ 1Corinthians 4:20 ►
For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power.

◄Colossians 1:17 ►
And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Moving forward in time may actually represent the unraveling of knowledge, not increase per se but unraveling… Which means that the fullness of understanding can only be attained at that beginning of time, and at the end of time, and everything in between, apart from God, represents the highest degree of entropy…

◄Revelation 1:8 ►
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

◄Revelation 22:13 ►
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

In a sense of time, time will ‘someday’ lose its hold on significance, but paradoxically, in the timelessness of God’s Kingdom atmosphere, that time is NOW…

◄ Hebrews11:1 ►
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

◄ John4:23 ►
Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the   Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the   Father seeks.

◄ John17:17 ►
Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.

Be still and know that I am God!
