And God said...

Since the beginning of time, the enemy has been seeking to distort  and to dilute The Word that it may become ineffectual and unfruitful in  the life of the believer. The devil knows that we know we need to know  The Word, but he tries to bring it to us in a seemingly straightforward,  non-threatening, but questioning way so that he may have a chance if a  breach is discovered, to insert his lies.

His goal is not to keep us from activity, it is to embroil us in the WRONG activity... So subtle are the lies he spins, and the slants he brings, that we must KNOW THE WORD, by revelation - In spirit, and in tangible reality - The study of The truth to unravel the lies of the devil,  so that when he comes, whether it be in the palace, in the city or in  the wilderness, we may as our Master said: IT IS WRITTEN!

Then and only then, may we go out in the POWER OF THE SPIRIT...

The things I write below are some of the lies that he has told and would want us to believe about our RELATIONSHIP WITH, AND IN CHRIST.

The  differences between The Word and the lies that the devil delivers are subtle and  some may discount them, but let us look into our hearts and examine  these words... Look to the end of each, and compare with The Word that  is WRITTEN and proceeds from the mouth of The Lord, and not that which  has proceeded from the mouth of man... Mere oral tradition which if  we are honest, we will acknowledge that as much as we have believed and  touted these words... THEY HAVE LACKED THE WITNESS TO THEIR VERACITY BY  DEMONSTRATION OF POWER...

This is not a call  to bash 'The Church', It is a call for us - YOU AND I to return to the  rock from which we have been hewn.To return to our first love...



Jesus says: Leave family, houses money and land and follow me:

◄ Mark 10:29 ►"Yes,"  Jesus replied, "and I assure you that everyone who has given up house  or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or property, for  my sake and for the Good News, will receive now in return a hundred times as many houses, brothers,  sisters, mothers, children, and property--along with persecution. And in  the world to come that person will have eternal life.

Some say:
Through me (who?) you will find family, houses, money and land.


Jesus says: You are The Church I will build YOU and the gates of hell shall not prevail:

... and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it...

Some say:
Come to church (a building) so that you may prevail against the enemy.


Jesus says: Come AWAY with me my beloved...

◄ Song of Solomon 2:10 ►
My beloved spoke and said to me, "Arise, my darling, my beautiful one, come with me.

Some say:
Come to church and be with the other beloved ones


Jesus says: Give and it shall be given unto you good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over... (Unconditional)

They say: Give SO THAT it may be given unto you, but note your limit is hundredfold... (Conditional)


Jesus called to give to the hungry multitude that were WITH HIM

Some call to have us feed unseen multitudes AT THE EXPENSE of the seen multitudes in need


Jesus  says: That He no longer requires a specific place for us to worship for  HE is everywhere HIS people are gathered... and they can be as few as  two or three...

"Woman,"  Jesus replied, "believe me, a time is coming when you will worship the  Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem...

◄ Matthew 18:20 ►
For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”

Some say: Build edifices and yet more edifices... Yet sadly HE is not there... even though they are MEGA-MANY, and MEGA-MANIC...


Jesus says: We are born of Water (The Word) and The Spirit so that we may enter The Eternal Kingdom of God NOW...

Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

◄ Luke 17:20-21 ►
One day the Pharisees asked Jesus, "When will the Kingdom of God come?"  Jesus replied, "The Kingdom of God can't be detected by visible signs. You won't be able to say, 'Here it is!' or 'It's over there!' For the Kingdom of God is already among you."

Some say: We are saved so that we may go to a place called Heaven AFTER we leave the earth...


Some say:"focus on the cross only" (the curse)

Jesus says "focus on ME - THE RESURRECTION" (Eternal Kingdom Life)

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live...


But in all these things we shall not fear, neither be discouraged, for we shall know The Truth and The Truth WILL set us free...
