Consider this... And be awed by God!

We are so sometimes so muddled as human beings... We say that we can date and time with accuracy and we think we know it all, because we can move the hour hand of the clock backward and forward to gain more light for the day, but God's way is different! A mere man when he needed more hours of light used the power that God had given, to fulfill purpose... He made SUN STAND STILL and SLOWED TIME DOWN! To this day he is only person who has been recorded to have done this AND this was actually proven by science... Einstein proved using his Law of Relativity, that the passage of time is relative to light and that time is measured based on the distance of the perceiving object from the source of light, (in our case the sun). So, the farther away from the source of light we are, the longer it takes to perceive light and the faster the velocity of time. On the other hand, the closer we are to the source of light, the shorter the span it takes to sense light and the slower the velocity of time, leaving more moments within one beat of time to get much accomplished.


God is no respecter of persons... we must not settle for the ability to manipulate time, we must reach for The One who is able to slow time down and stretch moments to accomplish purpose... Consider this: We may think that Joshua stopped time for what seemed to be a whole day, but since time was slowed and our understanding of it measurements is limited by perception, those moments could have spanned a day, or it could have spanned many days or even a thousand years!  Consider this... And be awed by God!

So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself on its enemies, as it is written in the Book of Jashar. The sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down about a full day.

But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord, a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.


So the conclusion of my matter is this: The farther we are from The Light of the world, the longer it takes us to sense The Light and the faster the velocity of time - the less that gets accomplished over a longer span of time in the world. But, The closer we are to The Light of the world, the shorter the span it takes to sense The Light and the slower the velocity of time - Much more gets accomplished during Kairos moments through and with God!
