The Quest of questionable questions
One of the greatest foes I face everyday in this world is the self-deprecating voice of human reasoning that seeks to rationalize my dreams away – that always comes with questions that seek to undermine my identity, my dreams, my hopes and my aspirations... that voice that insidiously insinuates itself into the portals of my contemplation, the one who comes whispering:
The voice of Reason: “You don't seriously think that you can do this do you?
That voice to which when I then say “Oh yes I can!”
And the scene unfolds...
The voice of Reason: “Oh yeah? So HOW are you going to get it done?”
My Heart: “I’ll find His way, and I’ll walk the path laid out for me”
The voice of Reason: “Find the way to do exactly WHAT? … Seeing that you think you are so smart!”...

Parola...
I received my beautiful Montegrappa Parola
Yellow Resin with Chrome Trim Fountain Pen in the mail yesterday, and
got to learn what Parola means… "Parola" is the Italian for "word".
Parola pays homage to the importance of the word. Thanks to
both the spoken and the written word, mankind has evolved, progressing
into a more refined and educated society. The word is to communication
what air is to life: the core element… Especially "The Word" The
greatest of all words…
For those of us who love words: May they bubble up from within us by inspiration, may they be understood by meditation, may they be refined by reflection, may they be communicated by expression through our written words, and may they bring enjoyment, change, and revelation to those that read them…
'The Voice of One Woman' for me, expressed my thoughts through written word…
Inspiration, Meditation, Reflection, Expression, Revelation… The chapters that translated thought to word, word to change, and change to expression of voice!
My heart bursts its banks,
spilling beauty and goodness.
I pour it out in a poem to the king,
shaping the river into words:
Psalm 45:1
